ORQAVIO ships to the destinations available at checkout. Shipping options, costs, and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout when available and may vary by product, destination, and shipping service.

Order processing

Please allow time for order processing before shipment. Processing and delivery estimates are separate. We’ll send an order confirmation after purchase and, when tracking is available, a shipping confirmation with tracking details.

Delivery estimates and delays

Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees. Carrier handoffs, customs checks, weather, holidays, and other events outside our control may delay delivery. Tracking information may take a few days after dispatch to show its first update.

Shipping costs and customs

Any shipping charges shown at checkout are payable with your order. International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or other import charges. If applicable, these charges depend on the destination and local rules.

Address accuracy

Please check your shipping address carefully before placing your order. Contact us promptly at support@orqavio.com if you notice an error. We’ll try to help, but we cannot guarantee an address change after an order has entered processing or shipment.
